Starting out as an interactive art director, Russ moved to Australia four years ago from UK digital hot-shop, Agency Republic. He's helped grow the agency by finding the best interactive thinkers, experienced designers and turbo geeks. His work has been awarded internationally and locally across a whole spectrum of clients. Russ is not afraid to cultivate a beard.
Paul had the good fortune to work in agencies at the top of their games before joining Whybin\TBWA in 2006. A native Sydneysider, he worked at BBH in London from 1995 - 2002, when the agency was regarded as the best in the world. He then worked at M&C Saatchi Sydney from 2002 onward. In his first year as Sydney CEO, the agency was awarded AdNews NSW Agency of the Year for 2010.
